Fletcher Street, Roslindale

For this project, we chose the Philadelphia style—building two condo units on multiple floors, side-by-side. In addition to providing an interesting look, the Philadelphia style is more cost-effective, providing an efficient energy source for each townhouse. This two-family is within blocks of the Arboretum, Roslindale Square and Village and commuter rail. Sold as two condos, Unit A is a three bedroom, 1.5 bath unit; Unit B is larger, with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Both units include modern finishes and upscale features.
